The EuroLeague Women Final Eight 2014 will be hosted by the city of Ekaterinburg and the local club UMMC, FIBA Europe announced on Monday. Reigning champions UMMC already played host to the Final Four in 2011 and last season’s Final Eight. The capital city of the Russian region Sverdlovsk proved to be a wonderful host on both occasions, with the 5,000-seat DIVS Sports Hall providing the perfect setting for the season-ending event.
