@ikdoehet,I guess you are Dutch or Flemish. So why are you interested in Stephen Arigbabu? Any rumors, where he might play next Season? Oostende? Arnhem? Groningen? Please, give us something to speculate about, it’s off-season!

As for his defence, Arigbabu is a very tough player who will bang in his body down low. At 206cm, 117kg, he is an athlete, who knows how to use his muscles defensively. Yes, he is a good defender. He’ll hustle for loose balls all game. I don’t think he’s an exeptionally good rebounder, but he’s solid in that category.
He is not that good offensively. He won’t score very much close to the basket, as his post game is nearly non-existent. However, he possesses a decent jump shot that makes him dangerous even from three-point range. He is able to put up 15+ numbers when that jumper falls.
He has played for the German Natonal Team in big tournaments, which illustrates he is higly rated by german officials. His work ethic, hustling and solid rebounding will help any team, but he won’t be your option #1 offensively.
Alba, Kölle -oder MBC Fans, die ihn mit Sicherheit öfter gesehen haben als ich, mögen mich korrigieren.

What c-jat said characterises Stephen Arigbabu perfectly. By some people (me among of those) Arigbabu is more regarded as an power forward. Due to little lack of height (206) in combination with his weight (117) he does not jump very well and does not grab a lot of rebounds. He is very powerful and therefore he can defend center even taller than him very effectively. Offensively he is not a typical back2board Center (in my opinion his game is more like this of a power forward). He has got a good fighting spirit. As the guys above I am also interested if there are some rumours…
