2011-12 Eurocup Regular Season Draw set for October 11 in Barcelona

A draw to determine the groups that will make up the Regular Season groups for the 2011-12 Eurocup will be held on Tuesday, October 11 at the Museu Olímpic i de l'Esport in Barcelona at 13:00 local time.

The list of teams that will make up the 2011-12 Eurocup Regular Season is all but complete. The finish of the Turkish Airlines Euroleague Qualifying Rounds promoted fourteen more clubs into the Eurocup Regular Season, leaving eight more spots that will go to the teams that win the Eurocup Qualifying Rounds.

A total of 32 teams will play in the Eurocup Regular Season. The field is made up of 10 direct qualifiers, 14 others that come from the Euroleague Qualifying Rounds and 8 more that will win their way into the competition from the Eurocup Qualifying Rounds.
